Available in virtually any colour (subject to minimum quantities) and with your logo and graphics included. Stock colour for smaller quantities is silver.

How much does it weigh?
The centre pole weighs 6k and the Canopy weighs 5k. The tent pegs (6) have a combined weight of 5k. So all up it is 16k
What are the dimensions when it is packed away?
Length of the canopy pole bag is: 165cm
Size of the canopy bag is like an average size backpack: Approx 60cm x 40cmx 30cm
Length of the tent pegs are: 52cm
How many people does it take to set the tent up?
It takes 2 people minimum - in windy conditions it would be better with 3.
Does it come with a bag to store them in?
The canopy has a carry bag and the centre pole breaks down into a bag. The pegs are separate.
How many people can fit under neath the tent?
You could happily accommodate 12 people standing and chatting - and more at a squash (and kids of course can spread out to the edges!) - the tents are not built to protect from wind and rain (obviously) they are more of a centre of attention - but can be ideal to provide shade
Once erected, how much clearance from the ground to the entry is there?
There's just under 2m clearance - enough for people to easily bow their head and fit under!

Price Guide

The Hex Tent, like lots of things, gets cheaper with quantities – for example a one off tent, in our standard silver colour, will cost around £700 whereas this price drops to about half that for more than 21 units.

This price includes an allowance for printing based on a single colour print on 3 sides. A larger print coverage, a more complex design with more colours will increase the price but, once again, a higher production run can significantly offset these increased costs.

To produce the canopy in your own custom colour there is a MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for the material. This does not necessarily mean that you have to order 20+ tents (the MOQ will produce 20 tents) but the material has to be paid for!

Delivery is 6 – 8 weeks from receipt of final artwork - Adobe Illustrator (AI) (Vector) files are required – we can do faster delivery in exceptional circumstances but costs may increase. If you need it - and you need it fast - ask us. If we cannot do it we'll say so.
