It's difficult to give firm pricing without seeing the final artwork and without gaining understanding your full requirements. That said we are aware that you want to get some idea of pricing and have therefore given an indication. Please do note however that prices will vary a great deal and can reduce significantly with quantity.

Artwork charges

We have a dedicated art department that can produce your requirements from whatever you have available - we charge £45 per hour but if you can provide us with AI (Adobe Illustrator) finished artwork then there will probably be no additional charges.

Delivery Times

You need it tomorrow!! Hmmm - well - for flags and banners we'd like you to give us at least 21 days from receipt of final artwork but we also live in the real world and sometimes promotional items are required urgently. We can offer just about any delivery timescale but the price may have to go up to cater for this. For tents we do need 4 - 8 weeks - but if you need it NOW - tell us your timescales and we'll tell you if we can do it!

Flags Price Guide

There is a minimum order of 2 flags (4 for the indoor flags) for the Feather and Banner Flags and 4 off for a traditional rectangular flag.

Feather and Banner (Teardrop) flags start as low as £83 for the indoor flags (which includes the stand) and £103 for the small outdoor flag (which includes the Ground Spike) - and pricing gets lower with quantity - for example 20 off of the Small outdoor Feather Flag is just £70 each. And for larger quantities they will get cheaper still!

Traditional (rectangular) flags will range from £10 to £60 depending on size and quantity.

Remember our prices always include the flag, pole and carry bag and some method for holding the flag upright - screw in legs for the indoor and Ground Spike for the outdoor. There are a multitude of alternative ground and wall fixings.

There are no other costs for setup or printing.

All of our printing is carried out overseas and so for rush orders we may have to use a UK printer and the price is likely to increase by 30%.

Hexagon Tent Pricing

From as little as £350 for a quantity of 21 - this includes an allowance for printing but the price is subject to seeing your final artwork - the more complex, the more colours and the larger the print area the higher the price!
Individual one off tents can be made but the price rises and you should consider a price range of about £700 - £1,000 depending on the print requirements.
The final price is very dependent on the graphics and complexity of the print - but we will guide you through this process and advise you of what can be done and how to make it cost effective

The standard tent colour is silver. You can have the tent in virtually any colour but there are MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) requirements on the materials - not a problem if you are ordering 20+ tents but it will increase the price for lessor quantities.

Don't be afraid to ask! If you want something doing, you want one off, and you want a weird colour - ask us. If we can't do it we'll say so.
